The Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy project in Chennai involved the execution of a complete turnkey interior solution for a 3,000 sq. ft. office space.

The scope included end-to-end interior works with a strong focus on functionality, modern
finishes, and seamless integration of services.

The project was executed within a fasttrack 45-day timeline while maintaining quality and workmanship standards.

Approach:

1.Strategic Planning & Fast-Track Execution

A detailed execution plan was developed to align design approvals, material
procurement, and site activities within the committed timeline. Close coordination
between project managers, vendors, and site teams ensured smooth progress
throughout execution.

2.Turnkey Interior Execution:

The scope included complete interior works such as false ceiling installation, gypsum
partitions, customized furniture, flooring coordination, wall finishes, electrical and
lighting systems, and centralized AC integration. Lacquered glass paneling was
incorporated to enhance aesthetics, along with a fully functional pantry setup and
renovation of existing toilet facilities.
All works were executed under a single-point
turnkey responsibility model, ensuring consistency and accountability.
Design & Functional Integration.
The interiors were planned to balance aesthetics and functionality. Space planning
